On June 4, Shanghai Automotive Group Co., Ltd. contracted by China Automotive Engineering to produce an annual production capacity of 240,000 passenger car Ningde EPC general contracting project, under the leading organization of SAIC Group, with the participation of inspection personnel and supervision units Witnessed, successfully passed the overall completion acceptance.

The project is a long-term and high-standard plan of SAIC Passenger Vehicle Company, perfecting the top-level design to make up for the shortcomings of the previous factory supporting facilities, and creating a new height for a digital and intelligent automobile factory. The construction content of the project includes 34 unit projects and supporting projects of the factory, including the press and welding joint workshop, the painting joint workshop and the general assembly joint factory, the central canteen, the energy center, the sewage treatment station, the 110kV decompression station, and the hazardous waste station. This project is also a large-scale, comprehensive EPC project with high technical content that has been undertaken by our company in recent years. The whole plant's soft foundation treatment, civil engineering, painting production line, final assembly production line, BDC, etc. are all planned, designed and constructed by China Automotive Engineering.

　　On April 28, 2018, the SAIC Ningde project was launched; on June 28, 2019, the first full-process vehicle at the base was rolled off the assembly line; the construction was completed on September 28, 2019, and the government's overall acceptance of the project was completed on June 4, 2020.
